In order to ensure that a timely response from us , please make sure that you have raise your RMA only with Zoonis products not on other brands , if it's found by other brands then Zoonis will not accept your RMA at any cost .
Zoonis provides warranty service all over India only in hardware parts not on software.
Please also make sure that , if someone raises RMA for Zoonis products is not working under
warranty . Zoonis request you to my respected customer please packed with properly so that your
product not damages during Logestic , if its found CPU defective parts is not packed with
safety , or its broken or defected by logistics service during reverse shipments in RMA , then
Zoonis will not responsible at any cost , customer have to pay for damages items , only if its
found by customer ends.
Its also ensure that some parts is not working then customer has to send whole cpu machine
with proper packing according to Zoonis packed , if its not packed properly with policy of Zoonis
company , then he or she may be charged . As per products parts prices .
TO avoid damages cost under warranty , its better to consults with computer experts or
computer service centre in your locality /area to diagnosis your computer , your computer
experts will give you suggestion for what problem is facing with your CPU or Zoonis computer ,
then you can raise your RMA according to that as per yours computers experts said , in that way
you can tell us that some parts of cpu is not working or manufacture defects . Then yours RMA
problem may short out within a weeks.
Under warranty Zoonis not claimed or not accepts products if its damages found by customer
ends, example : burns, broken , mother board short circuit due to high voltages , and water ,
Zoonis brands stickers not found on parts like RAM, MOTHER BOARD , COLING FAN ,
CABINETS , SMPS , GRAPHIC CARDS, KEYBOARD , MOUSE ETC.
