How to register RMA or, generate RMA token?
If your product is not registered, register your product first, then wait for product approval. If your product is approved, you can generate an RMA token.
Else you can generate RMA Token
1. Go to navbar / hamburger menu at the top
2. Click on
SUPPORT option
3. Click the
GENERATE RMA TOKEN option
4. Go to
GENERATE RMA TOKEN section
5. Enter product registration Number or, order id
6. Click on
Search button
7. See all the product details and Go to
GENERATE RMA TOKEN section
8. Click on
Generate RMA Token button
i). Fill up all the mandatory fields of Address Details & Product Issue
ii). Read the Declaration (Terms & Conditions) and check by click on checkbox
ii). Click on Submit button
9. Wait for the process
How to find RMA status?
1. Go to navbar / hamburger menu at the top
2. Click on
SUPPORT option
3. Click the
GENERATE RMA TOKEN option
4. Go to
FIND THE RMA DETAILS section
5. Enter RMA ID / RMA number
6. Click on
Search button
How to register product for warranty?
1. Go to navbar / hamburger menu at the top
2. Click on
SUPPORT option
3. Select the
PRODUCT REGISTRATION option
i). Fill up all the mandatory fields of Personal Details, Address Details & Product Details
ii). Read the Declaration (Terms & Conditions) and check by click on checkbox
ii). Click on Submit button
4. Wait for the process
